A separated husband has lodged a complaint against his wife and his brother-in-law for allowing his son to drive a car, putting his life and that of the others in danger.

Jenish Rathod, a resident of Katargam area of Surat, works as a supervisor at a construction firm and has been living alone for the last two years while his 10-year-old son Rudra lives with his mother Khusbu.

Khusbhu and Rudra started living at her parents’ house in Valsad after the couple started fighting regularly over various reasons.

On Wednesday, Rathod saw a WhatsApp status uploaded by his wife which showed Rudra sitting on Khushbu’s brother Nirav Chavda’s lap and driving a car.

He called his wife and inquired about the incident and later contacted the police and lodged a complaint against Khushbu and Nirav.
